| 英文描述 | May be congenital or acquired. May involve both superficial and deep digital flexors or just deep. Dx by clinical signs and surgical response. Can be unilateral or bilateral. This usually occurs in young animals, but there are reports of contractures in older animals following injury to the limb. Congenital flexural deformity of the hock in foals has been caused by restriction by the peroneus tertius. |
